When you open a Trade account, we ask you for your name, address, contact telephone number, email address.

 

Why do we collect this information? 

We will use your information to, process your order and to send you your goods. We may also send you an invoice via email and we may use your telephone number to contact you regarding your delivery or collect an order. We require this information in order to process your order, deliver your goods and fulfil our contract with you. By opening an account with us, you will be added to our monthly promotional program.

 

What do we do with your information? 

Your information is stored in our secure server system which is based with the European Union. We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.

 

How long do we keep your information for?

When you open an account with us, we will keep your information as long as you trading with us and we can delete your account on your request.
