Eddie O'Kane All
of Eddie's career has been spent in the food industry, firstly in seafood production, moving onto export (both
with the Atlantic Harvest Group) and finally the multiple retail sector. With upwards of 12% of the UK population
having a strong connection with Ireland, Eddie formed O'Kane Irish Foods in 2003 to cater for the demands of this market.
His extensive knowledge of the retail sector and indeed store operations has resulted in a large number of stores offering
your favourite Irish products. Maureen Keane After spells
with Barclays, Nat West, and Knight Frank, Maureen moved onto the entertainment industry spending seven years with Dewynters
plc. In December 2003 we managed to prise her away and since then our financial reins have been in very capable hands.
